Users - Feedz

The Users page lists every person who has been added to your organisation and lets you manage their roles. Navigate to Users in the sidebar to access it.

User list

Column	Description
First Name	The user’s first name
Last Name	The user’s last name
Email	The email address they use to log in
Role	Their current role in the organisation

Roles

Role	Access level
TRAINER	Can create and submit reports within their assigned academies
ADMIN	Can manage academies, trainees, and reports across the organisation
OWNER	Full access including settings, permissions, billing, and user management

You can change a user’s role at any time using the dropdown in the Role column. Changes take effect immediately.

Adding a user

Click + New User and enter the person’s first name, last name, email address, and role. They will receive an email invitation to set up their account and log in to the platform.

Removing a user

Click the delete (bin) icon on any user row to remove them from the organisation. Their historical report data is retained.
