Feedz Enterprise has two tools: the Feedz app for recording coaching feedback, and the web dashboard for managing your organisation. Which one you start with depends on your role.

I'm an Owner or Admin

You set up and manage the organisation. Start on the web dashboard.

I'm a Coach

You give feedback to Players. Start on the mobile app.

Owners and Admins

You’ll receive a welcome email with a link to the Feedz Enterprise web dashboard. Click it to log in and get set up. From the web dashboard you can:
  • Add and manage your coaching team, Academies, and Players
  • View usage analytics and report activity across your organisation
  • Configure organisation-wide settings such as automated emails, branding, and permissions

Also coaching yourself? Download the Feedz app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the same email address so you can start generating feedback reports for your Players.

Coaches

Once your admin has added you to the organisation, you’ll receive a welcome email. Follow these steps to get started:

Download the app

Get Feedz from the App Store or Google Play.

Tap 'Join your organisation'

On the welcome screen, tap Join your organisation, not Start Coaching.

Enter your email

Use the same email address where you received your invitation.

Enter your one-time code

Feedz will send a verification code to that email address. Enter it in the app to log in.

Start giving feedback

If your admin has already set up your Academies and Players, you’ll see them straight away. Tap any Player to start. If not, you can create your own academies and add Players before getting started.
