Settings - Feedz

The Settings section is divided into three sub-pages: User Profile, Organization Settings, and Branding. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar, then select a tab from the left panel.

User Profile

Avatar — click your current avatar to upload a custom image. This appears on your profile across the platform.
First Name and Last Name — update your display name (32 characters maximum). Click Save to apply changes.

The Delete Account section permanently removes your Feedz account, all associated academies, trainees, and reports. This action cannot be undone.

Organization Settings

Organisation-wide toggles that apply to all members and academies:

Setting	What it does
Automated emails	Automatically sends reports to trainees by email after a trainer approves them
Report language	Select the language that will be used for your reports
Region	Select your region to adapt language and terminology used in the report
Training video search	Allows trainers to attach AI-suggested training videos to reports
Inspirational story search	Allows trainers to attach AI-suggested inspirational examples to reports

Branding

Customise the email that trainees receive when a report is shared with them. The template editor shows the full HTML alongside a live preview. Click View Macros to see all available dynamic values. Once you’ve made your changes, click Save to apply — the updated template is used for all future report emails.
