Most reports are ready in around 20 seconds. Longer recordings may take up to a couple of minutes. Turn on push notifications so you’re alerted when your report is ready.
Yes — Feedz requires an internet connection to process recordings. If you lose connection mid-recording, reconnect and try again.
Yes. Your first week of Coach+ is completely free with full access. Cancel anytime before the trial ends — no charge.
Your audio is used only to generate the transcription, then permanently deleted from Feedz’s servers. Only the text transcription and the final report are stored in your account.
No one receives a report unless you choose to share it. Once you approve a report, you can send it as a PDF or, if automated emails are enabled in Settings, Feedz will email it automatically to the Player or their guardian.
Yes. Feedz is used with Players of all ages. For Players under 13, you must obtain guardian consent before adding their details and before sharing any reports.

Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Feedz never stores your card details — billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
Feedz records and processes audio to generate transcriptions, then immediately deletes the audio. Transcriptions and reports are stored in your account until you delete them and are not shared with any third parties.
The most common causes are a dropped connection or a recording that was too short. Check your connection and try again. For best results, record in a stable area and speak for at least a few sentences.
The AI rephrases observations for professionalism — this is expected. Use the voice editing feature to refine the content (up to 3 edits per report). For better results, include specific details about what you observed.
Make sure the Player has an email address saved in their profile. You can also share any report as a PDF by tapping Share Report on the report page.
Close and reopen the app, then check for updates in the App Store or Google Play. If problems persist, contact help@feedz.club with details of what you were doing.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play — not from within the Feedz app. Go to your subscription settings and cancel from there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel via the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. For refunds, contact Apple or Google support directly.
Go to Account in the app → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account → confirm. This is irreversible and removes all your reports and player data.
