Permissions - Feedz

The Permissions page lets you fine-tune what each role (ADMIN and TRAINER) is allowed to do. Owners always have full access and their toggles cannot be changed. Navigate to Permissions in the sidebar to access it.

Permission toggles

Each row shows a toggle for OWNER (locked on), ADMIN, and TRAINER.

Academy

Permission	Description
Create Academy	Create a new academy
Edit Academy	Edit academy details
Delete Academy	Delete an academy

Trainee

Permission	Description
Create Trainee	Add new trainees
Edit Trainee	Update trainee details
Delete Trainee	Remove trainees

Reports

Permission	Description
Create Report	Create individual feedback reports
Approve Report	Approve reports before they are sent
Delete Report	Delete reports

Academy Reports

Permission	Description
Create Academy Report	Create group-level academy reports
Approve Academy Report	Approve academy reports
Delete Academy Report	Delete academy reports

Trainer Reports

Permission	Description
Create Trainer Report	Create peer feedback reports for other trainers
Approve Trainer Report	Approve trainer reports
Delete Trainer Report	Delete trainer reports

Visibility

Data visibility defines what level of visibility each role can access:

All — data from all academies in the organisation
Own academy — only data from academies they are assigned to

By default, Owners and Admins see all data; Trainers are scoped to their own academy. Click Save to apply any changes.
