Once you’ve reviewed and approved a report, sharing it takes just a few taps. Feedz gives you two delivery methods — automatic emails, and PDF exports — so trainees and guardians receive professional feedback in the format that works best for them. Sharing promptly after a session keeps the feedback relevant and timely.

How to Share a Report

1

Open the report

Navigate to the report you want to share from your Trainee’s profile, the Reports tab,** **or the Feedback list on the home screen.
2

Review the report

Read through the full report before approving. Make any voice edits you need now — you cannot edit a report after it has been approved.
3

Tap Approve

Tap the Approve Report button at the top of the report view. If the automatic sharing is enabled, this will send an email to the trainee with the report attached.
4

Additional sharing options

You can also share the PDF report using your chose app. Tap the Share Report button at the top of the report view. A sharing options panel will appear listing all available options based on your apps.
5

Choose your delivery method

Select from your list of apps depending on how you want to share the report and follow the in-app steps to share the report.
Share reports as soon as possible after a training session or match. Feedback is most valuable — and most motivating — when it’s fresh. Trainees and guardians are more likely to engage with specific, timely observations than with a report that arrives days later.

Sharing Methods

Feedz Email

Once you approve the report, trainees and guardians can receive the report directly from Feedz, inside the Feedz app. They’ll get a notification and can read the full report from their own account.

PDF Export

Download a professionally formatted PDF that you can print, attach to a message, or share through any channel you choose — including WhatsApp, a parent portal, or club email.

Who Receives the Report

Reports are delivered to the contacts you’ve set up in each Trainee’s profile:
  • Trainees — if you’ve added the trainee’s email address under their profile, they’ll receive the report directly.
  • Parents and guardians — if you’ve added a parent or guardian’s contact details to the Trainee’s profile, they’ll receive a copy instead.
To add or update contact details for a trainee, go to their profile and tap Edit. See Managing Your Trainees for full instructions.
You must have obtained appropriate consent from a parent or guardian before sharing any report about an Trainee under the age of 13. This includes sharing with the Trainee directly and with their parent or guardian. Consent obligations are your responsibility as the coach — ensure they are met through your club or organisation’s standard safeguarding processes before sending any reports.
