Once you’ve approved a report, sharing it takes just a few taps. Feedz gives you two delivery methods — automated emails and PDF export — so Players and guardians receive professional feedback in the format that works best for them.

How to Share a Report

Open the report

Navigate to the report from your Player’s profile, the Reports tab, or the Feedback list on the home screen.

Review the report

Read through the full report before approving. Make any edits you need now — you cannot edit a report after it has been approved.

Tap Approve

Tap the Approve Report button. If automated emails are enabled in Settings, this will send an email to the Player or their guardian with the report attached.

Share as a PDF (optional)

Tap Share Report to export a PDF and send it via any app — WhatsApp, email, a parent portal, or wherever works best for your group.
Share reports as soon as possible after a training session or match. Feedback is most valuable when it’s fresh — Players and guardians are more likely to engage with specific, timely observations than with a report that arrives days later.

Sharing Methods

Feedz Email

Once you approve the report, Players or their guardians are automatically emailed a link to read the full report — if automated emails are enabled in Settings.

PDF Export

Download the report as a PDF that you can print, attach to a message, or share through any channel or app you choose.

Who Receives the Report

Reports are delivered to the contacts you’ve set up in each Player’s profile:
  • Players — if you’ve added the Player’s email address to their profile, they’ll receive the report directly.
  • Parents and guardians — if you’ve added a parent or guardian’s contact details instead, they’ll receive the copy.
To add or update contact details, go to the Player’s profile and tap Edit. See Academies & Players for full instructions.
You must have obtained appropriate consent from a parent or guardian before sharing any report about a Player under the age of 13. Consent obligations are your responsibility as the coach — ensure they are met through your club or organisation’s safeguarding processes before sending any reports.
