Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

Your first week of Coach+ is completely free, with full access to all features. No payment is taken during the trial period. If you continue past the trial, your subscription begins automatically on your chosen billing cycle. Cancel anytime within the trial period — no charge, no strings attached.

Subscribing

1. Download the Feedz app on iOS or Android.
2. Create your account and complete the onboarding to set up your coaching profile.
3. At the end of onboarding, the subscription screen will appear — select your billing cycle (monthly or annual) and confirm your subscription through the App Store or Google Play.

Payments and Billing

Subscription payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the device you used to sign up. Feedz never handles your payment details directly. Your subscription renews automatically each period on your billing anniversary date. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you won’t lose access mid-cycle.

Cancelling

To cancel, go to your App Store or Google Play subscription settings and cancel the Feedz subscription from there. You must cancel through the store — deleting the app does not cancel your subscription and billing will continue.

Redeeming a Promo Code

On the subscription screen, tap Have a promo code? Enter your code and tap Apply. If the code is valid, you’ll be redirected to the App Store or Google Play with the offer automatically applied.
