Recording Your Feedback

From the home screen, open a Player’s profile and tap Give feedback.

Tap the Record button

Tap the microphone icon. Feedz begins capturing immediately.

Speak your observations

Talk naturally — describe what you saw, name specific moments and skills. No formal structure needed. Pause and resume as needed, then tap Stop.

Generate the report

Tap Generate AI Feedback. Your report is typically ready in under 20 seconds.
Mention both strengths and areas to improve, and be as specific as possible — “his first touch in the second half” is more useful to the AI than “generally good technically.”

How the AI Builds Your Report

Feedz follows a two-step process:
  1. Transcription — your audio is converted to text. The original audio is permanently deleted once transcription is complete.
  2. Report generation — the transcription is structured into a professional report. Feedz is trained across 19+ sports, so the language and terminology are adapted to the discipline you’re coaching.
Every report includes a session summary, strengths, development areas, next steps, and optional training video recommendations.
The AI may rephrase or restructure your observations for clarity. Always review the report before sharing — you’re responsible for its accuracy.

Reviewing and Editing

Before approving, you can refine the report in two ways:
  • Manual edits — tap the edit icon next to any section and type your changes.
  • Voice edits — tap Edit with Voice and speak your revision instructions. Each report allows up to 3 voice edits.
Once happy, tap Approve.

Sharing

If automated emails are enabled in Settings, the report is sent automatically to the Player or their guardian when you tap Approve. If needed, you can resend this to their email by tapping Resend to Player. Alternatively, after approval, you can tap Share Report to export a PDF and send via any app.

What Not to Include

Keep sensitive personal information out of your recordings — medical details, family circumstances, financial information, or anything beyond coaching observations. This may violate data protection law and Feedz’s acceptable use policy.
Stick to observable behaviours and performance — if something feels outside the scope of a coaching report, leave it out and address it in a private conversation instead.
