# What Is a Feedz Report?

> A Feedz report is a personalised feedback document that you can send to your trainees after each session or assessment. It is the core of what Feedz does.

Reports are generated by you as the coach, by recording your feedback in the form of a voice note. Feedz takes your recording and uses AI trained on your chosen sport to structure and format the feedback into a professional report. The report is generated in seconds, and you can preview and edit as needed before approving it. Once approved, you can choose to share with your trainees who can view it in a clear, readable format designed for Trainees.

Each report includes:

* A **summary** of the feedback, along with an overview of strengths and areas for improvement
* Detailed feedback on **strengths**
* Your coaching notes on **development** **areas**
* A summary of **next steps**
* \[optional] Recommended **training videos** sourced by Feedz based on your feedback

  You can customise the tone of the feedback to be more Warm, Balanced or more Direct, depending on your trainees.
