# How to Download and Set Up Your Feedz Account

> Download Feedz on iOS or Android, and get started in minutes. Create your coach profile, choose your sport, and add your first Trainee — ready to report.

Getting started with Feedz takes just a few minutes. This guide walks you through downloading the app, creating your account, setting up your coach profile, and adding your first Trainee so you're ready to generate your first report.

## Step 1: Download the App

Choose the platform that works best for you.

## Step 2: Create Your Account

<Tip>
  Tip: If joining an existing organisation, tap on the **Join your organisation** link below the Start Coaching button. You will need to log in with the same email account where you received your invite.

  No invite? Check with your organisation manager.

    Launch Feedz on your device and tap on **Start Coaching**.

  <Step title="Create your account">
    Enter your   **email address** and click **Continue**. This will send an automatic email to your email address to validate your email.

  <Step title="Validate your email">
    Open your email app and find the email from Feedz. **Click the login link** (or copy and paste the verification code). Back in the Feedz app, tap **Verify code**.

## Step 3: Complete Your  Profile

Once your account is active, Feedz will guide you through a short profile setup. Fill in the following details to help Feedz customise your reports:

* **Your name** - displayed on all reports you generate
* **Your phone number** (optional)
* **Your region**

## Step 4: Generate Your First Report

Follow the onscreen demo to generate your first report. Tap **Let's Go** to start.

    Scroll through the list and select your **Sport**. Don't see your **Sport** on the list? Tap on the **Don't see your sport?** option at the bottom of the list and let us know which \*\*Sport \*\*we should add next.

  <Step title="Enter the Trainee's details">
    Add your **Trainee's** name and select the **Age Group** (Kids/Youth/Adults).

  <Step title="Record your first Report">
    **Record** your feedback as a voice note (you can pause and resume as needed). Once done, tap **Generate Report**. Within seconds, Feedz will format your feedback and transform it into a professional  report. You can preview the report's content in the app, as well as view a sample PDF report that the **Trainee** receives. A preview of this will also be emailed to you.

  If an Trainee is under 13 years old, you must obtain guardian consent before adding their details to Feedz and before sharing any reports. Ensure you have the appropriate permissions in place in line with your organisation's safeguarding policy.
