  Feedz is an AI-powered voice-to-report app built for sports coaches. You record your  observations using your voice, and the AI generates a structured, professional player report in seconds. It's available on iOS and Android, so your feedback system travels with you wherever you coach.

  Feedz supports 18+ activities, including football, cricket, rugby, athletics, swimming, basketball, tennis, padel, and more. <Accordion title="How long does it take to generate a report?">
  Most reports are generated in around 20 seconds. Processing time can vary from a few seconds to a couple of minutes depending on the length of your recording and current server load. You can leave the screen and the report will process in the background. Make sure to turn on your notifications for Feedz to be notified as soon as your report is ready to review.

<Accordion title="Do I need to be online to use Feedz?">
  Yes — Feedz requires an active internet connection to process your recording and generate reports. Make sure you're connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi before starting a session. If you lose connection mid-recording, simply reconnect and try again.

<Accordion title="Is there a free trial?">
  Yes. Your first week of Coach+ is completely free, with  full access to all Coach+ features during the trial period, so you can see exactly how Feedz fits into your coaching workflow before committing. Cancel free of charge before the end of the trial period, no strings attached.

<Accordion title="What happens to my voice recordings?">
  Your privacy is protected by design. Voice recordings are temporarily stored on Feedz servers only until transcription is complete, then immediately and permanently deleted. Only the text transcription and the final report are retained in your account — your voice data is never held longer than necessary.

<Accordion title="Who receives the reports?">
  You stay in full control of sharing. Once approved, reports can be sent to trainees / their guardians by Feedz via email, or shared as a PDF. Nothing is sent to anyone without your explicit approval — every report goes through your review before it reaches anyone else.

<Accordion title="Is Feedz suitable for junior Trainees?">
  Yes. Feedz is used by coaches working with Trainees of all ages. When adding Trainees under 13 to the app, you must obtain guardian consent before entering their contact details. Data for minor Trainees is protected under the same industry-standard security measures as all other user data.

<Accordion title="What payment methods are accepted?">
  Payments are processed securely through the App Store  or Google Play. Feedz does not store your payment card details — all billing is handled directly by Apple or Google through their respective payment platforms.

<Accordion title="What information is collected?">
  We record audio feedback from the user and store it in the app. The audio is then processed by our servers and discarded immediately after a transcription is generated. We only use these transcripts to generate reports. The reports and transcripts are stored until the report is deleted and are not shared with any third parties.

<Accordion title="How do I delete my account?">
  In order to delete your account follow these steps:

  * Login to the app.
  * Tap on **Account** to the account page, using the navigation bar.
  * Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  * Click on the delete account button.
  * Confirm the deletion.

  This operation is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account after deletion.
