# Trainees

> View and manage the Trainees who receive feedback reports.

Trainees are the Trainees, players, or participants in your organisation who receive coaching feedback. Every report generated in Feedz is linked to a specific trainee.

Navigate to **Trainees** in the sidebar to see everyone enrolled across your organisation.

## Trainee list

| Column           | Description                                |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| **Name**         | The trainee's name                         |
| **Academy**      | The academy they are assigned to           |
| **Report Count** | Total number of reports they have received |
| **Created At**   | Date they were added to the platform       |

## Adding a trainee

Click **+ New Academy** in the top-right corner. Fill in the form:

* Select the **Academy** they will be assigned to
* Enter their **Name** as you want it to be displayed on their report and in the app
* Enter any **Tags** you want to add to this trainee (e.g.
* Enter their **Date of birth**
* Enter their **Contact Email** and **Phone Number** (optional)
* If the Trainee has a Guardian, **Contact is Guardian** and enter the Guardian's name and contact details

Click **Save changes** to finish creating your Trainee.

  For large groups, use **Import / Export** to add trainees in bulk via an Excel template rather than one at a time.

## Editing a Trainee

Click the pencil icon on any row to update any of the fields above.
