# Reports

> Analytics and overviews of reporting activity across your organisation.

The Reports section gives enterprise administrators visibility into how feedback is flowing across the organisation — who is receiving reports, who is sending them, and which academies are most active.

Navigate to **Reports** in the sidebar to access these views.

## By Subject

These reports show activity from the perspective of who is receiving feedback.

### Trainee Overview

Shows how many reports each individual trainee has received. Use this to identify Trainees who are getting regular feedback versus those who haven't had a report in a while.

### Coach Overview

Shows how many peer feedback reports each coach has received. Useful for tracking internal coaching development and mentorship activity.

### Academy Overview

Shows how many group reports each academy has received. Group reports are submitted at the academy level rather than for an individual trainee.

## By Sender

### Trainer Overview

Shows how many reports each trainer has submitted, broken down by report type. Use this to monitor trainer engagement and ensure consistent feedback across your coaching team.

Each overview has a **Go to Reports** button that takes you directly to the full filtered list for that subject or sender.
