# Permissions

> Control what each role can create, edit, delete, and see across your organisation.

The Permissions page lets you fine-tune what each role (ADMIN and TRAINER) is allowed to do. Owners always have full access and their toggles cannot be changed.

Navigate to **Permissions** in the sidebar to access it.

## Permission toggles

Each row shows a toggle for OWNER (locked on), ADMIN, and TRAINER.

### Academy

| Permission         | Description          |
| ------------------ | -------------------- |
| **Create Academy** | Create a new academy |
| **Edit Academy**   | Edit academy details |
| **Delete Academy** | Delete an academy    |

### Trainee

| Permission         | Description            |
| ------------------ | ---------------------- |
| **Create Trainee** | Add new trainees       |
| **Edit Trainee**   | Update trainee details |
| **Delete Trainee** | Remove trainees        |

### Reports

| Permission         | Description                          |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------ |
| **Create Report**  | Create individual feedback reports   |
| **Approve Report** | Approve reports before they are sent |
| **Delete Report**  | Delete reports                       |

### Academy Reports

| Permission                 | Description                        |
| -------------------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| **Create Academy Report**  | Create group-level academy reports |
| **Approve Academy Report** | Approve academy reports            |
| **Delete Academy Report**  | Delete academy reports             |

### Trainer Reports

| Permission                 | Description                                     |

| **Create Trainer Report**  | Create peer feedback reports for other trainers |
| **Approve Trainer Report** | Approve trainer reports                         |
| **Delete Trainer Report**  | Delete trainer reports                          |

## Visibility

**Data visibility** defines what level of visibility each role can access:

* **All** — data from all academies in the organisation
* **Own academy** — only data from academies they are assigned to

By default, Owners and Admins see all data; Trainers are scoped to their own academy.

Click **Save** to apply any changes.
