# Giving Feedback to Other Coaches in Feedz

> Enterprise coaches can give and receive structured AI feedback from one another — as long as they belong to the same academy. Here's how to set it up and use it.

Coach-to-coach feedback works the same way as trainee feedback — you record a voice note, Feedz generates a structured report, and it's shared with the recipient. The only requirement is that both coaches belong to the same academy, which is configured from the web dashboard.

  Coach-to-coach feedback is an Enterprise feature. It requires at least two coaches assigned to the same academy.

## Step 1: Assign Coaches to the Same Academy

Before coaches can give each other feedback in the app, they need to be part of the same academy in the web dashboard.

    Log in to your Feedz web dashboard and click **Academies** in the left navigation.

  <Step title="Select the academy">
    Click into the academy you want to configure.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add coaches to the academy">
    At the top of the academy page you'll see the list of coaches currently assigned. Click the **+** button to add a new or existing coach to this academy.

  <Step title="Save your changes">
    Click **Save changes**. The coaches you've added will now be visible to one another in the Feedz app.

## Step 2: Give Feedback to a Coach

Once coaches are assigned to the same academy, they'll appear in the **Coaches** section on the home screen of the app.

    From the Feedz home screen, scroll to the **Coaches** section. You'll see all coaches assigned to the same academy as you.

    Tap their name to open their profile.

## Viewing Previous Coach Reports

You can access coach reports you've previously generated in two ways:

* **From the home screen** — go to the **Coaches** section, tap the coach's name to open their profile, and scroll to their report history.
* **From the Reports section** — go to **Reports** and tap the **Coaches** toggle at the top of the screen to filter for coach reports.
